Do you photograph move-out condition?
Yes - that’s the entire point of the photo packet. Before/after photos by room, time-stamped. We never argue about deposits - the photos do.
What if there’s pet damage or unusual wear?
We document it before starting, quote any out-of-scope work (carpet steam, paint touch-up, hardware replacement), and only proceed with your written approval.
How fast can you turn a unit?
Standard 2-bed: 4–6 hours. We can typically be on-site within 48 hours of request. PM clients on a recurring contract get priority slots.
Do you do painting or repairs too?
No. We focus on cleaning. We coordinate with your paint/repair vendor or recommend ours.
