Why Commercial Windows Need More Than a Quick Wipe
Living and working near the Gulf is wonderful, but it's hard on glass. Salt in the air, humidity, pollen, rain spotting, and dust all team up to leave windows looking dull and streaky far faster than they would inland. A quick swipe with a paper towel just pushes the grime around and leaves streaks behind.
Professional window cleaning gets glass truly clean not just clear for a day, but properly maintained so it stays that way longer and lasts for years. For a business, that's the difference between a storefront that looks neglected and one that looks like you've got everything handled. Because you do.
Glass that actually stays clean.
SWFL humidity and pollen film glass faster than most window crews account for. We don’t just clean — we use the right detergent, the right squeegee, and the right cadence so it stays clear between visits.
- Storefront & Entry Glass — Inside & outside cleaning, frames, sills, tracks
- Lobby & Curtain Walls — Ground-floor curtain wall, glass railings, elevator mirrors
- Office Interior — Conference room glass walls, partitions, whiteboard tracks
- High & Hard-to-Reach — Lifts to 40 ft, water-fed pole, atrium specials, rope-access partners
Match the schedule to your traffic.
Storefronts need monthly. Offices do well quarterly. Restaurants and hospitality — weekly or bi-weekly.
-
1
Monthly — Storefronts
Retail, boutique, restaurant facades and entry vestibules. Highest cadence for high-visibility glass.
-
2
Quarterly — Offices
Professional services, medical suites, mid-traffic office buildings. Most common cadence.
-
3
Bi-Annual — Industrial
Limited public-facing glass, focused on lobby and admin areas. Most economical option.

Questions we get first.
How high can your crews reach without a third-party lift?
Ground-accessible up to ~40 ft with our own boom and water-fed poles. Higher than that, we partner with insured rope-access crews on a per-project basis - you still get one invoice from us, with all insurance verified upstream.
Why do my windows look hazy a week after cleaning?
SWFL pollen + salt mist creates a thin film that returns fast on un-coated glass. The fix is cadence: storefronts often need monthly, not quarterly. We’ll recommend based on your facade orientation and location.
Do you clean during business hours or after-hours?
Either - you choose. Most retail and restaurant accounts go after-close. Office accounts split about 50/50. We’ll schedule around your busiest windows.
Do you do one-off cleans or just recurring?
Both. Pre-event, post-storm, and grand-opening one-offs are common. Recurring contracts get a better per-visit rate.
