Why Post-Construction Cleanup Is a Job of Its Own
Construction dust is unlike ordinary dust. It's incredibly fine, it spreads everywhere, and it keeps resettling for days after the work is finished, drifting down onto surfaces you just wiped. On top of that, you're dealing with things a normal clean never touches: stickers and labels on new windows and appliances, paint and caulk overspray, adhesive and grout haze, construction debris, and grime worked into brand-new surfaces.
If that's not handled properly, your beautiful new space opens looking dingy, and the dust keeps circulating through the air and the HVAC system for weeks. Professional post-construction cleanup removes all of it methodically and from the top down so your investment looks exactly as good as it should on day one.

Most post-construction problems happen because someone hires a different crew for each phase. We do all three with the same team and the same standard.
- Rough Clean — Heavy debris removal, sweep & dust suppression, site coordination with GC
- Final Clean — All surfaces wiped & degreased, window track & sill detail, sticker & tape removal
- Punch-List Clean — Walk-along with GC or owner, glass & fixture polish, sign-off photo packet
- Detail & Finish — Light fixture polishing, cabinetry inside & out, protective-film removal

Questions GCs & owners ask.
Do you handle the GC’s schedule changes?
Yes - that’s the job. Construction schedules slip. We staff with the flexibility to compress, reschedule, or split phases. We’ll commit to a 48-hour lead time on most changes.
What if the trades haven’t finished their cleanup before we start?
Common - we’ll document on arrival, photograph what’s left, and either work around it or quote the additional scope. We never bury "extras" in the final invoice without showing them upfront.
Are you OSHA-aware on active sites?
Yes - OSHA 10-trained crews, hard hats and high-vis available, MSDS sheets for all products on request. We coordinate site safety with your superintendent before crew arrives.
Can you do the walkthrough with us?
Always. The punch-list clean ends with a crew lead walking through with you (or the GC, or the owner) and signing off on the photo packet. If we missed it, we fix it on the spot.
