Is pricing flat monthly or per-visit?

Flat monthly. We build a fixed price around the amenity list, square footage, and cadence we agree on - so your board can drop it straight into the operating budget. Quarterly add-ons (soft-wash, glass) are itemized separately and visible upfront.

What does the COI cover?

$1M general liability, full workers’ comp on every crew member, and a fidelity bond covering contents and theft exposure. We can name additional insureds (PM company, master association) on request.

How do you handle resident complaints?

One named crew lead per community is the resident’s point of contact - not a 1-800 number. Complaints triaged within 4 business hours, redo within 24. Documented in the monthly board packet.

Can you bid against our existing vendor?

Yes. We’ll walk the community, scope the work to your existing schedule, and quote against it line-for-line. If you want, use our free RFP template to standardize the bid across vendors.

Do you cover special events & high-traffic weekends?

Yes - pre-event prep and post-event reset are available as scheduled add-ons or as part of an upgraded day-porter tier. We’ll work around your community calendar.
