Questions we get first.

Do you supply the cleaning products and paper goods?

Cleaning chemicals and equipment - yes, always. Paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, soap) we’ll restock if you supply them; we can also source them on your behalf for an add-on. Let us know on the walkthrough.

Can you work after hours or before we open?

Yes - most office accounts run after-hours. We’ll get keys, codes, or fob access set up during onboarding, with the same crew lead every visit so credentials stay tight.

How do you handle confidential client documents on desks?

We don’t move papers. The standard scope says “clean around” on desks - full desk wipes are an opt-in, only with your written sign-off. Crews are bonded and background-checked.

Do you offer one-time deep cleans or just recurring?

Both. We do one-off deep cleans for move-ins, end-of-lease, or post-event resets. Recurring contracts are where we shine and where we’re most cost-effective.

What if something gets missed?
