How do you handle multiple owners across properties?
Single PM-side account, but COIs can name individual owners as additional insureds where required. We’ll coordinate based on your management agreements.
Can we add or remove buildings mid-contract?
Yes - portfolio scope adjusts quarterly with 30 days notice. New buildings onboarded at portfolio rates. Removed buildings credited proportionally.
Who handles tenant communications?
You do. We escalate any tenant feedback or complaints to your PM team within 4 business hours. The day-porter tier includes in-person tenant interaction protocols.
Can you do tenant move-in/out turnovers too?
Yes - bundle our Vacancy Ready and Tenant Welcome packages into the same contract. Portfolio pricing applies.
