Questions operators ask.

Can you handle island properties (Sanibel, Captiva, Marco)?

Yes - we have dedicated crews routed through Sanibel, Captiva and Marco Island. Logistics for bridge access and post-storm response are built into our service area pricing.

What if a guest extends and we can’t do the turnover?

Cancellations up to 12 hours before the scheduled turn are free. Same-day cancellations get a 50% trip charge. Reschedules don’t cost extra.

How does post-storm response work?

Fleet clients have priority status. After major weather, we’ll re-clean affected properties within 48 hours and provide damage documentation for insurance claims.
