Can you handle a tight 11am-to-4pm window?
Yes - that’s our standard SWFL changeover window. Most properties get a 2-3 person crew. Linen-laundry-onsite or linen-swap depending on which option you set up at onboarding.
Do you provide linens or just clean ours?
Both options. Bring-your-own-linen + on-site laundry is most common. We also offer hotel-grade linen swap-out service for fleet operators (priced per turn, included with the Vacation Rental Operator Plan).
How do I know the unit is actually clean before the next guest?
Time-stamped photo packet in your inbox by 4pm: every bedroom, every bathroom, kitchen, lanai, and inspection items (smoke alarms, AC, locks). Crew leads sign off before the unit is released. Damage and missing-items reports surface immediately.
Do you integrate with Airbnb, VRBO, or PMS software?
For fleet customers: yes - we sync to Hostfully, Guesty, OwnerRez and most major PMS calendars. Turnovers auto-create against bookings. Available with the Vacation Rental Operator Plan.
