First impressions set the tone for the whole lease. The Tenant Welcome Package delivers a clean, move-in-ready space that makes new residents feel cared for from day one and reflects well on your property.
- Final Detail — dust pass & touch-ups, mirror & glass shine, floor mop/vacuum, fragrance reset
- Kitchen Polish — appliance exteriors, counter & sink polish, cabinet handles, coffee station set-up (optional)
- Welcome Touches — fresh towel placement, optional welcome basket, linen check, PM welcome card (if provided)
- Hand-Off Documentation — move-in photo packet, smoke alarm/AC/lock check, welcome kit inventory, crew lead sign-off

Long-term rental hand-offs
New tenant move-in day. Pairs naturally with our Vacancy Ready Package (you do that the week before).
Furnished & short-term move-ins
Mid-term and 30-day stays where the unit is fully furnished. Welcome basket and linen set-up land well here.

Reservable amenity units - we hand off a 5-star room to whoever the board books in.

Can we customize the welcome touch?
Yes - co-branded welcome card, branded basket items, towel folding to your standard. We’ll set it up during onboarding and reuse the same pattern for every move-in.
What does the move-in photo packet protect?
It establishes baseline condition. If there’s a deposit dispute at move-out, the move-in photos make the conversation about evidence, not opinion.
Does this replace our standard cleaning vendor?
No - it’s a layer on top. We work with your existing cleaning crew on most accounts. Or we do both (Vacancy Ready turn + Tenant Welcome) and it’s portfolio-priced.
Same-day or day-before?
Either - day-of (just before keys hand-off) is most common. Day-before works for furnished units where you want the room fully prepped.
