Can I customize the cadence?
Yes - weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly during season. We’ll adjust pricing accordingly. Home Watch frequency is also flexible.
What about hurricane season?
Standard Home Watch includes pre- and post-storm inspections. Major storm prep (shutters, lanai stowage) is optional add-on at our hourly rate.
