- Admin & Break Areas — standard office janitorial, kitchen, microwave & fridge, trash & recycle pull

Do you sign a BAA?
We sign a BAA-compatible NDA on the account. Strictly speaking, we’re a service vendor not a business associate (we don’t touch PHI), but we’ll align with your compliance program.
Can you handle infectious disease outbreaks?
Standard scope is hospital-grade disinfection. For outbreak response (norovirus, MRSA exposure), we have an escalation protocol with full PPE and EPA-registered emerging-pathogen products.
Do you supply medical-grade products or do we?
We supply all cleaning products and EPA List N disinfectants. You stay responsible for any practice-specific consumables (PPE, sharps containers, biohazard bags).
What about specialty offices (dermatology, dialysis, surgical)?
Higher-risk environments require additional protocols. We’ll walk the space and recommend either this plan + add-ons or a custom scope. We don’t do operating rooms or true sterile-environment cleaning.
