Do you work around holiday hours?
Yes - we flex schedules around Black Friday, Christmas Eve, post-holiday returns surge, and inventory reset days. We’ll coordinate with your store manager 2 weeks ahead.
Do you touch merchandise?
No - we clean around merchandise. Light fixture & display dust is in scope but moving or restocking product stays with your team. We’ll flag any disturbances in the photo report.
What about loss-prevention?
Bonded employees, two-person crews on most accounts, key/code accountability, and same-crew scheduling. We coordinate with your LP team on alarm codes, camera locations, and back-room access boundaries.
